1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Ownership. All content available on our Platform, including but not limited to course materials, lectures, videos, presentations, assignments, quizzes, software, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks (“Content”), is the exclusive property of Dakshinee Academy or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.2. Limited License. Upon enrollment and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3. Prohibited Uses. You shall not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from Dakshinee Academy.

6.3. Respectful Communication. You shall treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Platform.
7. Technical Requirements
7.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, internet connectivity, and technical capabilities to access and participate in our online courses. Dakshinee Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
7.2. Dakshinee Academy shall not be liable for any technical issues arising from your equipment, internet service provider, or any third-party software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. Our Platform, Content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2. Dakshinee Academy does not warrant that:
